Responsibilities
- Answer Phones
- Schedule Appointments
- Assist with Financial Agreements
- Coordinate Insurance Benefits
Qualifications
- Possess exceptional customer service skills.
- Be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to finish assigned duties and additional tasks in a timely manner.
- Be detailed oriented and provide accuracy in work.
- Have confidence in the work produced and take constructive criticism well.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive patient information, HIPAA guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the telephone, using good grammar.
- Possess effective problem solving skills.
- Must work well with others in a team environment
